We’ve spoke about this possibility before in the past but I want to touch on it again since we have a bigger following & are a bit more experienced with writing detailed content! I’m even more so inclined to believe that Law has joined forces with new allies after these last few chapters.
Our first hint towards this possibility was back when Law had been captured by Worst Generation Captain, Basil Hawkins! Law was handcuffed & utterly helpless to escape capture while “The Magician” Tortured & questioned him in regards to his alliance with Strawhat Luffy. Flying Six General, X–Drake was also present during the Interrogation as well!
X-Drake according to his own statement was supposed to stay present while the interrogation took place. Despite the presence of Two Worst Generation Captains, Law was seemingly able to free himself from his cuffs & slice up Basil Hawkins! Law is very resourceful but he would not be able to accomplish that feat without some type of assistance.

Another key point to acknowledge about that entire situation is that Law has stated before that “killing” isn’t his style & before escaping, there was a final “slice” as he left Hawkins & the Cell behind! Trafalgar Law would not waste the opportunity to steal Hawkins Heart & in doing so he could force him into assisting with whatever plans he has in mind!
Law was free for Six Days & he told no one of his whereabouts or his encounter with Hawkins & X-Drake! Law is a genius so he would not just be sitting around doing nothing for a week without formulating some type of plan.
It is worth mentioning though that he was not aware of Kaido & Big Mom forming an alliance so he may not have been working with X–Drake too closely during his absence. But that’s where these next few chapters come into question in regards to Laws actions.
Ever since Emperor kaido ordered the mobilization of The Generals on a mission to capture his Son Yamato, Every General has been accounted/shown except for The Worst Generation Captain & Marine Spy, X–Drake! Ulti & Page One both recently clashed with Strawhat Luffy in Kaidos Mansion.
General Sasaki was Tricked & Captured by Akazaya Samurai, Denjiro. while Who’s Who is actively searching for Yamato in the midst of Luffy & company infiltrating the festival. every significant individual has been shown except for Hawkins & X-Drake!
Law states that there are two entrances & then in chapter 985 he is not present with The Akazaya Samurai as they clashed with Kanjuro & his small force of Beast Pirates! It can be easily overlooked/disregarded but when you have three unaccounted for individuals with secret/hidden ties, then it’s worth speculating on the possibility of a team up.
